It is common knowledge that what we focus on we draw more of into our experience.  It is also true that, ‘What gets measured, gets improved.’

Training a compliant male has ‘fluid’ elements to it, especially in the context of a marriage.  But males are very trainable, and most of them have the ability to learn and retain. Thus, the basic training of ‘The Ten’, and some other examples…

The Ten

Ten strokes, ten ideas expressed aloud, five minutes of the day, 6 days per week, six weeks, and a clearly laid out path for years to come.

“The overall desired effect is to give her regular tactile experience of her superiority and control, and give him a daily reminder of his submission and surrender. And by going at it in this way, a fairly quick period of time each day, with a limited number of strokes, she may be drawn out of any shyness or trepidation arising from never having taken such an action. One goal is for her to feel much more assured in selecting and using the implements either for discipline, punishment or her own desire – or never again at all, once the program is complete.  It also builds her confidence in her ability to lead and control, by daily increments.”
“It also has the effect of toughening his body to punishment, if that becomes useful or necessary in the future. Ten strokes each day may prove uncomfortable to him, and the cumulative effect may increase that discomfort. But the program has a fixed duration and he can deal with it, accepting it as a token of his love and submission.  And the more confident she becomes, the more he can be assured she will have her way…or else.”

SOME OTHER PERSPECTIVES AND EXAMPLES OF STRUCTURED TRAINING:

  • Structured training” is a collection of instructional techniques, devices, materials, and methodologies, selected and tested by the authors, which has been successfully used to develop technical skills and improve performance on the job.

  • A major premise of structured training is that course design should be specifically oriented to performance improvements on the immediate jobs… Best results are obtained when …objectives, course content, and student objectives are mutually consistent.

  • Structured training is a “belt and suspenders” approach to training at all levels of an organization. It can help set priorities and plan ahead for expansion, taking into account the skills levels and expertise required. … it also provides a range of benefits by assisting team members in keeping on top of the task in their current position and all of the associated motivational benefits.

  • Most employers opt for professional external training with properly certified trainers as standard practice. This is a particularly effective way of managing skills requirements, ensuring comprehensive skills training, improving productivity and the knowledge base of the organization.

  • Best practice corporate training is a fully measurable process in terms of cost benefits and performance. Multi-skilling is a good example. Multi-skilling, which is a purely training-based paradigm, is so highly regarded in the employment market due to its clear superiority and efficiency over ad hoc skill levels. Organizational performance invariably benefits from the higher skill levels and improved employee capabilities provided by structured training.
